Warranty, Return, and Refund Policy

All AGR Performance Steering Products are sold with a standard 1 year warranty, however we also offer a 3 year warranty if you also purchase 4 quarts of fluid on the same invoice as the product in question. All terms apply the same only depending if are under the 1 year warranty or the 3 year warranty. Furthermore if the customer neglects for any reason to use the proper fluid the warranty is void. The only acceptable fluids to maintain the warranty on AGR Performance Steering Products is 1) AGR Performance Power Steering Fluid P/N 940100, 2) Swepco 715 Power Steering Fluid, 3) G.M. A/C Delco "10-5073 / 19329448"

Any products purchased that are not the AGR Performance Steering Products will fall under the original manufactures warranty. We will help you with that process in any way we can.

 STEERCO, LLC dba AGR Steering and Performance, warrants its products to be free from all defects in material and workmanship to only the original purchaser from the date of purchase at retail from any authorized distributor of “AGR Performance” Power Steering products for one or three years (1 or 3 years) depending on if the purchaser chose to extend the warranty by purchasing and using the correct fluid on the original invoice. If any of these products are found to be defective, STEERCO, LLC shall repair, or replace the product, at its election, and at its sole cost, when returned with proof of purchase to STEERCO, LLC’s manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. 

Transportation and shipping charges associated with the return of said product to STEERCO, LLC shall be paid by the Purchaser. To obtain any warranty service, request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) from STEERCO, LLC no later than one (1 or 3 years)  from the date of purchase from any authorized distributor of “AGR Performance” Power Steering products. Enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt, a completed warranty return form, and have the issued RGA number written on the outside of the return package in a conspicuous place.  STEERCO, LLC will attempt to repair, or replace any defective product within thirty (30) days after receipt. This limited warranty EXCLUDES a product that fails due to i) accident or collision; ii) improper use, installation, maintenance, or service; iii) combination of the product with other third party product(s) which fail; iv) abuse, misuse, modification or neglect v) failure to follow directions; vi) an act of God (such as flood, chemical fallout, salt, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; vii) installation or use on vehicles used for racing purposes. This limited warranty also EXCLUDES incidental labor, towing, or rental car charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.  

 THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY WHICH APPLIES TO “AGR PERFORMANCE” PRODUCTS AND REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STEERCO, LLC FOR ANY PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING THAT FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY LIMITED BY THE SAME TERMS AND TIME LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY AND ARE OTHERWISE EXCLUDED. STEERCO, LLC is committed to continuous improvement and reserves the right to change any Product design without prior notice. STEERCO, LLC shall have no obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify previously manufactured AGR Performance Products. Any modifications, extensions, or additions to this LIMITED WARRANTY by a dealer, agent or employee is not authorized by STEERCO, LLC. 

No refunds will be given on product that has been installed for any reason. If the purchaser has not installed/or attempted to install an individual product or an individual product from a "kit" and wishes a refund the refund request must be made within 30 days from its original ship to date, the product must be in like new condition and is suspectable to a 20% restocking charge. All shipping back to Steerco is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Once the product has been received, inspected and confirmed as an authorized refund Steerco will refund the decided amount within 30 days of its decision.
